November 2008 Phonathon Results

Ø      39 callers

Ø      623 calls made – to alumni/ae who gave last year and also to alumni/ae who never gave

Ø      262 donors reached $22,300 with commitments

Ø      42% of calls were commitments

Ø      80 considers (45 new considers, alumni/ae that have never given)

Ø      65 unable to reach who gave last year

Ø      183 unable to reach never given

The focus of the Fall Phonathon was to reach out to alumni/ae who have yet to make an annual contribution to the Fund

for CRCDS, as well as contacting those alumni/ae who participated in the 2006-07 annual appeal.  During our four night

effort we doubled our calls and made significant progress.  The /ae who we were able to contact consistently a alumni

affirmed the quality of the education they received and the wonderful relationships that mark their time at CRCDS.  We

are encouraged and grateful and look forward to having more alumni/ae participate in the Fund for CRCDS.
