The 2 day Phonathon came to a close on Saturday, November 29th. During our two day effort we made significant progress. This year's effort resulted in pledges totaling just over $24,000, compared to last year’s pledges totaling just over $22,000.
329 calls were made to alumni and friends who gave prior to 6/30/07.
94 alumni and friends were not able to reach or callers left messages.
235 total contacts made:
- 219 Commitments were made
- Considered renewing their gift
-5 Were not able to give this fiscal year
This resulted in a 93% commitment rate!
The Phonathon is a critical component of the success of the Fund for CRCDS. It also reaches out to alumni and friends to help keep them remain connected, informed and involved in the School. The results of the latest Phonathon verifies that personal contact is key to solicitation success. Given the challenging economic times our results also verifies that past donors will remain loyal to CRCDS. It is our hope that this trend will endure as the year progresses.
